  • Our prices are based on word count and the level of editing that you require. Each quote is individually calculated so as to accurately meet your needs. We also have a pricing calculator that you can use as a reference.

  • All payments can be made via bank transfer, PayMe or Paypal.

  • At all levels of copy-editing - light, medium, and heavy - our editor will correct errors, query the author about conflicting statements, and request advice when the means of resolving a problem is unclear. 

  • Yes, we always use track changes on Microsoft Word.

  • We do not check for plagiarism, but there are various online tools that you can use to facilitate this process.

  • We are able to check your references, but we will require specific guidelines beforehand.

  • There is no minimum word count, but we do have a minimum charge of HK$150. If you want to submit several small pieces, we recommend combining them into one document.

  • Yes, we will happily revise your work at no additional cost. However, we do reserve the right to determine how much re-editing is deemed to be reasonable.

  • Any and all information that will assist with the editing process is always appreciated. For example, a description of the target audience, tone or style, preferred spelling, etc.

  • All data between your computer and the editor is encrypted and all the editors work from a non-disclosure agreement.

  • All information and content is kept strictly confidential and no editor will take any credit for an author's work.
